【Important Notices Before/During/After the Performance】
All seats are reserved seating. Please take the seat(s) according to the seat(s) number indicated on your ticket. Please do not eat in your seat and inside the auditorium. Bringing and using penlights or glow sticks (psyllium sticks) is prohibited. During the performance, please set all devices that emit sound, such as mobile phones, to silent mode. There is no cloakroom inside the venue. The organizer, venue, and performers takes no responsibility whatsoever for accidents, theft, or other incidents occurring inside and outside the venue. Please manage your belongings, including valuables, at your own responsibility. Cameras for video recording will be present inside and outside the venue. Please be aware of this in advance. To avoid congestion in the aisles, safety regulations may be enforced when exiting the venue and we may direct you to exit in order after the performance, You may not be able to leave and re-enter during the performance in respect to production quality. Taking photos, audio recording, video recording through cameras, video cameras, mobile phones, recording devices, etc., inside the venue. Use of message boards, banners, lights, noise-making devices, headwear obstructing others' view, items larger than 30cm, or any items that interfere with the production, lighting, or the safety/view of other patrons. Any other behavior that disturbs other audiences.
【The following items are prohibited during the performance:】
Climbing on, jumping over, hitting, kicking, or otherwise damaging venue equipment, facilities, or barriers; throwing objects. Failure to comply with the guidance and instructions may result in the interruption or cancellation of the stage performance, and you will be asked to leave the venue.
【Other Important Notices】
Queuing and securing space overnight through any means at and around the venue are strictly prohibited. Please wait outside before doors open. Even in rainy weather, queuing will be outdoors. Please prepare rain gear and other necessary items in advance. Pets are not allowed inside the venue (except for guide dogs and service dogs). For guests arriving with wheelchairs or guide dogs, please contact the event inquiry desk within one week prior to the performance after purchasing your ticket to ensure smooth seating assistance. (Please note that accompanying persons must also have tickets.) The organizer shall not be held responsible if you are unable to reach the venue or arrive late due to weather conditions or transportation delays, preventing you from attending your desired event. All expenses related to your attendance are the responsibility of the attendee. The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, or other circumstances. The event program may be changed, canceled, or have its start time changed due to unavoidable circumstances. No refunds will be issued for admission tickets in the event of changes or cancellations.

Children under 5 years old are not permitted to enter the venue. Changes or cancellations to your application can be made during the application period. Tickets will be issued in the purchaser's name. Please ensure you apply using the name of the actual attendee. Depending on your seating area, your view may be restricted. Tickets cannot be changed or canceled after purchase. Please note that refunds will not be issued even in cases of natural disasters or transportation troubles due the disasters, if the performance takes place as scheduled. (Should the performance be canceled, refund instructions will be provided on the official website.) Please note that even if you cannot access to your account of the ticketing platform at the time of purchase and cannot display your e-ticket, it cannot be reissued.
Additionally, you will not be admitted if you have the wrong performance date/time or forget your ticket.
When attending the performance, please ensure you have the correct date and time printed on your ticket. Please be advised that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft. Please purchase tickets only through authorized sales channels (event organizers, ticket sales sites officially announced by the organizer, etc.).
We strictly prohibit the transfer, resale, or purchase of tickets for profit, as well as any attempts to do so. We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through unauthorized channels. Please note that resold tickets are invalid and may result in denied entry. Please be advised that we may ask you to show your identification if any fraudulent activities related to tickets, such as resale for profit, or any actions suspected of being fraudulent, are discovered.

【Returns and Exchanges】
We cannot accept exchanges or returns for any reason related to customer preference. Due to materials and production processes, minor scratches or scuffs may appear on product surfaces. These do not affect functionality; please understand this beforehand. We are trying to prevent errors when handing out purchased items or short change during sales. However, please check your purchased items and changes immediately upon receipt. We cannot accommodate claims made after a significant time has passed. Defective items will be exchanged at the venue on the day of purchase. Please inspect your items immediately after purchase. If the item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged at the venue, please contact the customer service number listed on the product label. For defective item exchanges after the event, please contact the customer service number listed on the product label within one week of the release date, along with your purchase receipt. We generally cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.
Overnight stays and gatherings starting late at night at the venue or its surrounding areas, as well as any activities causing noise, are strictly prohibited as they disturb the neighborhood. Cutting in line and running when queuing begins are extremely dangerous and are strictly prohibited. Depending on the situation on the day, the start time for entry queuing, as well as the entry lines and waiting areas, may be changed. Additionally, entry procedures may be altered without prior notice based on operational circumstances. Please understand this in advance. Should changes occur, please follow the instructions of on-site staff. The organizers, venue, and performers assume no responsibility whatsoever for accidents, theft, or other incidents occurring inside or outside the venue. We cannot accept any inquiries regarding the venue facilities.
